Charging Solution
During this project we installed 7 EV Charging facilities, as there was high demand for end-of-trip EV Charging from occupiers. The Charging units also came with a QR code that allowed for the people using them to pay for the EV usage online.
3x Easee Chargers were placed in the loading bay
2x Easee Chargers in Motorbike area
2x Basement Area
Electric Spinach also took on the management of the existing and new charging facilities.
They have got plans for phase two to scale up on this -

The EV facilities are forward-thinking and well placed to attract new tenants.
