EST Grant - For Scotland
Transport Scotland has made grant funding available through Energy Saving Trust for organisations to install electric vehicle charging infrastructure to encourage the uptake of electric vehicles in Scotland.
Chargepoints can be funded for sole use by occupants, staff, and visitors. You can get this funding if:
Small and medium-sized businesses (SME's) in rural Scotland
Grants can cover up to 50% of the cost of buying and installing electric vehicle chargepoints;
As a third sector organization, grants are available to cover up to 75% of the cost of purchasing and installing electric vehicle charge points.
This Grant is applied for by yourself directly
The grant is up to 50% of the costs upon meeting the requirements, for approval before any works commence with the following:

You will provide your chosen quote from your supplier ‘Electric Spinach’
completed application form
Proof of your “need to charge” i.e., Staff driving electric vehicles in advance of the installation.
Once approved we can proceed with the installation. When works are completed, we will give you the (EIC). Which will allow you to claim the EST grant.
